| The DubMaster Series represents an
easy-to-use and cost-effective method of controlling video
cassette recorders in virtually any type of video duplication
environment. Engineered as a building block system, the
DubMasters allow maximum flexibility in system design and
provide for unlimited expansion possibilities. |
 |
The complete video duplication series consists of the MC-460 and
MC-110 remote controllers, RS-4X6 video and audio signal routing
switcher and the DVA-12 video and audio distribution amplifier.
Breakout boxes and control cables are used to provide connection to
the VCRs.
MC-460
The DubMaster MC-460 provides selectable source and recorder
control for duplication systems with multiple source and multiple
recorder groups. This allows independent transport control of up to
four source decks and up to six banks of recorders. Control functions
include: record, play, stop, rewind, fast forward, pause and eject.
Features include:
- Remote control of most industrial VTR source decks, including
Betacam and 1" formats
- Remote control of most industrial recorders, including serial
and infrared types
- Individual selection and control of up to 4 source decks and up
to 6 recorder banks of any size
- Engineered to allow for virtually unlimited expansion of
recorders
- Ability to intermix parallel, serial or infrared control formats
MC-110
Like the MC-460 described above, the DubMaster MC-110
also provides full transport control, but is designed for systems
requiring only a single source deck and one bank of recorders. The
bank of recorders may contain any combination of serial, parallel and
infrared control formats.
DVA-12
The DVA-12 distribution amplifier is a very cost-effective
means of distributing the video and audio (mono or stereo) signal from
the source decks to the recorders.
- One looping video and audio input and twelve video and audio
outputs
- Audio inputs and outputs are unbalanced stereo
- Video and audio gain levels are easily adjusted from the front
panel
- Video and audio “loop-through” capability allows future
expansion of system
- Multiple DVA-12’s provide the ideal solution for video and
audio signal distribution in large duplication systems as needs
increase
- Industry standard RCA connectors and BNC video connectors are
used
RS 4X6
The RS 4X6 is an extremely easy-to-operate routing
switcher designed to route selected video and audio signals from the
source decks to the designated banks of recorders.
- Any of four video and stereo audio signals can be routed
separately or in combination to any or all of six banks of
recorders providing a true matrix
- Manual routing from front panel using push buttons. Special
“lock out” feature prevents accidents once selections are made
- Rear panel RS-232 port for computer remote control
- Selected video and audio paths are clearly indicated by LED’s,
providing a visual indication of routes at a glance
- RCA audio connectors and BNC video connectors provide for easy
installation
BB-10LP
The BB-10LP is an accessory to the MC-110 and MC-460
System Controllers. It functions as a distribution amplifier for the
signal that drives the CC Series Control Cables. The unit provides 10
outputs and a loop out for connecting to other BB-10LP units.
BB-10LS
The BB-10LS is an accessory to the MC-110 and MC-460
System Controllers. It functions as a distribution amplifier for VCR
serial and infrared control signals. The unit takes the signal
presented at the input and delivers it at the same level to all
outputs (10 outputs and loop out). The unique design of the BB-10LS
allows it to control serial or infrared without any internal setup or
other modifications.
